EWinsight sells fixed-period digital access, not automatic recurring subscriptions in this v1 checkout. 7-day, 30-day, and 1-year access starts after PayPal payment confirmation.
Because access is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, digital access purchases are generally non-refundable once the paid account benefits have been activated, except where required by law or where we fail to provide the purchased access.
Consultation credits can be refunded before you submit the related question. Once a question has been submitted and our review work has begun, that credit is non-refundable.
If we do not deliver the customized PDF response within 72 hours after receiving a complete question submission, you may request a full refund for that consultation credit.
Physical product orders can be cancelled and refunded before preparation or shipment begins. After shipment, refund eligibility depends on delivery status, product condition, and whether the item is damaged, lost, or materially different from the product description.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal back to the original payment method. PayPal or the card issuer may require additional time to show the refunded amount on your statement.
